Price List	Each product has a price list associated with it. It is updated in order to be used as the latest.
Credit Card	We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Cards.
Terms:	All prices are FOB Woburn, MA Net 30 days for established accounts. Prices may vary, please make sure to use the latest price issued and updated on our web.
Shipping:	All items are shipped via Federal Express unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are added to the invoice.
Returns:	Prior return authorization is required. OraChrom should be contacted for instructions. Make sure to provide a decontamination certificate with the returned column.
Liability:	OraChrom products are intended for experimental use only. No warranty is provided for clinical use.
Warranty:	OraChrom has a 30-day warranty for its products from the time of purchase. We will replace defective products at no charge. Make sure to request a return authorization in advance.
To Reserve Your Own Batch.	Although OraChrom stands behind its products as being consistently reproducible, we offer the additional advantage of reserving a batch for those of you who would like to use the columns from the same batch number. Simply place an initial order of 4 columns and ask us to retain enough of the same batch to provide you 50 to 100 columns for the next 12 months.
